How can I clean my Rinconada figurines? 

Rinconada figurines are made of ceramic, which makes them very fragile.  However, they can be cleaned effectiverly with a damp cloth and water.  Many collectors also use toothbrushes to clean the hard to reach areas.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Your order should be processed in 24 to 48 hours beginning the next business day during the standard business week, Monday through Friday. If you order is received on the weekend, the 24 to 48 hour processing period begins on the next business day following the day your order was placed.

When can I expect to receive my order?

With Priority Mail shipping our customers should receive their orders anytime between 2-3 business days following a 24-48 hour processing time. We ask our customers to allow 5 business days to take into account packaging, shipping and transit times.  For more specific information on your order you can email us at shipping@thecornercollection.com.  Your email address is put in the USPS shipping record and you will automatically be emailed the tracking information on your package.
